I am Esther and I founded Essential Energies in 2020 just before we went into the second lockdown. Life has been A LOT between now and then, with great highs and crazy lows. I’m not going to lie, 2022/23 have been the toughest years of my life…but I’m still here!

I was originally inspired onto this journey by a lovely lady named Valerie who’s sadly no longer with us. She introduced me to Angel Card Readings, she loved me even though she didn’t know me, and she pushed me to love and know myself better. My belief in and knowledge of Angel and Oracle Cards has grown exponentially since then, and I have followed in Valerie’s footsteps and become a certified Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reader.

My path took me on to learn Reiki and over the years I have become atuned to each of the Degrees and become a Reiki Master/Teacher. Opening Essential Energies was inspired by my learning to deliver the AromaTouch Technique and my friends and family’s response to receiving the treatment.

I graduated as a Shamanic Practitioner in 2024. The level of self development and healing I experienced whilst learning the Shamanic Healings is something I am now honoured to share with my clients. 2024 also saw me qualify as a Gong Practitioner under the tutelage of the wonderful Vida Mizani of Sounds Alive Therapy. I am delighted to be able to bring the deep cellular healing and vibrational benefits of my gongs, bowls and tubes to others.

Whatever treatment I am able to offer, I look forward to healing the world, one treatment at a time.

What is Shamanism?

Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice deeply rooted in most cultures around the world. From as far back as the Palaeolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic ages, Shamanism has been offering insight into the human experience and our connection to the natural and spiritual realms. Pre-dating all organised religions, Shamanism is not limited to a specific region or culture; it is a universal phenomenon that transcends geographical boundaries.

Despite variations in rituals, symbols, and practices, shamanic traditions share a common thread of connecting with the spiritual realms and harnessing their power for healing, guidance, and transformation. Healing lies at the heart of shamanic practices, encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Shamans believe that illness and disharmony stem from imbalances within an individual or the community. Through their connection with the spirit world, Shamans seek to identify and address the root causes of these imbalances, facilitating personal growth and the restoration of harmony and wholeness.

Shamanism in its modern sense is found across the whole world, helping us understand and interact with the Universe.

I have undertaken a year long intensive training on a 1-1 basis with Shamanic Willow. The course comprised of intense work on myself and others, and the completion of a significant number of case studies prior to qualifying as a Shamanic Practitioner.

Shamanic Willow strongly resonates and works with our own traditions of Celtic Shamanism and the energy of our Lands. She is a Mesa Carrier and works with ancient Shamanic Healing processes handed down by the Q'ero Shamans from Peru. Additionally, she works with Shamanic practices from North and South America.

My own Shamanic practise is based on the learnings and teachings of Shamanic Willow and my authentic connection with the energy of the spirit world.

As a company, Essential Energies is dedicated to promoting holistic healing and well-being. As the founder and face of the company, I have had many roles in my life, including daughter, student, salesperson, wife, mother, advocate and healer, and now I am grateful to be able to share the roles of certified Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reader, Gong Practitioner, Master Level Reiki Practitioner and qualified Shamanic Practitioner. With my knowledge and experience in the fields of energy healing, spiritual practices and life, I have created a company that is committed to healing the world, one treatment at a time.

At Essential Energies, I believe in keeping my clients’ energy in balance, mind, body, and soul. I offer a variety of services including Shamanic Healing and Journeys, Sound Therapy and Gong Baths, Angel and Oracle Card Readings, Reiki Healing and Attunement, as well as DōTERRA’s AromaTouch Technique. My goal is to help clients unblock and release the negative energy that causes dis-ease in the body, providing either gentle (Reiki) or deeper (Shamanic) healing, and yet always powerful and transformative healing.

One of my specialties at Essential Energies is Shamanic Healing, which uses ancient healing techniques to empower clients, reconnecting them with themselves and Spirit. Shamanic Healing Processes include Soul Retrieval, Womb Healing, and Past Life Therapy, all of which are deep and transformative and empowering. As a Shaman, my role is to guide and assist my clients in their own healing journey, in which they are actively involved, while we work together through the entire process.

Essential Energies is housed in a cozy chalet in my back garden. Clients can feel safe and comfortable

in this modern space, decorated in Shamanic kitsch, where the calm and healing energy will hold them.

Clients are able to fully relax and experience the benefits of the healing treatments.
